400ex HELP!!!!

I have a 2001 400ex that been modded to a 440ex port&polish cam, basicly the works and a fcr 39mm carb
The problem i am having is it cuts out at half to full throttle
I changed the cdi back to stock and then back to the WB cdi with.......... no change
I then had the carb cleaned 3x now.........no change
went up in my jetting...........no change
new battery.............no change
I am runnig out of options
the bike runes very strong from no throttle to half throttle it just cuts out(sputters) from half throttle to full throttle
The bike ran great last year
Could the stator cause this problem or the ignition coil?

Take the fuel hose off at the carb end and put it in a cup to check and see if the flow is sufficient. Maybe the tank outlet/shutoff/hose are plugged up. Will it rev up in neutral (don't hold it there)? Does it do it in all gears?

It seem to have good flow( have to double check)
It does it in any gear and neutral

your problem it the needle. Play with the clip adjustment. I don't remember if you have to go up or down but go one way and if it's worst go the other way. itf it's better but still not perfect go one more slot until you get it right on.
