bad sound wen i take off in second..

i got a new 330ex thats gotta alot of motor work done but wen i take off in second like on my other 300 it makes a bad kringin sound in the motor but it wont do it wen i start in 1st..could sumone please help me out?

Im not 100% sure, But id say in needing some clutch work, Probley springs/plates/ basket.
