4-wheeler track

I was wondering do you think that you could make a living by owning a 4-wheeler track. I don't have the land or equipment yet.I'm gonna build the best track money can buy. I live in alabama and i'm afraid that i will go in the hole cause i don't no how many people will come to ride.If anybody has information that will help me i would appreciate it.:confused:

the only bad thing about this is...you will have to have insurance on the track so you cant get sued if anyone gets hurt, you will have to get people to sign wavers, u will have have to put a fence across the entrance to make sure no idiots will come in there while no 1 is there

its alot of pros and cons to having a mx track

i woudnt invest my life savings in one and hope to become rich. but you probally already know that. if you built a kick *** track though you might could get by if it was the only income you had. but it would have to be a real popular track.

Making sure its a rider area is good too

also maybe making it a park so people can come and practice would be cool too..

i'd say make some flyers and put them at the local gas stations and stores, askin if they would like a purpose built quad MX track and leave a phone number to call... idk just a thought

like some one already said check the rider population , a die hard rider will come trust me. but advertise like crazy put flyer every where get known and whats ur budjet? cuz if u have some money u can hire a track builder that will build the track u ask for.....and he would be better to because he nows how steep everything should be how good to pack it i dunno thats just my $0.02
