piston for 400EX

hey im gettin my fourwheeler jetted here soon and was thinkin about a 11:1 wiseco piston...quads mostly stock....(mods in sig)...if i get my quad properly jetted....and then decide to get the piston later on down the road...will i have to re-jet?

my jetting changed approximately 1 mainjet size after adding a 10.6:1 406 piston and a stage 2 hotcam.

temperature, elevation, humidity, etc all play a big role when it comes to jetting. what jet they putting in your bike?
