well what are ppl's opion on a good front tire for ice racing? I have a old set of bandit fronts laying around , but heard they are "too flat" of a tire for ice racing? well let me know what you think befor i stick 600 screws in them.

Flat seems best.We use fast trekker's or dunlop dirt hooks.Bandits would work but are alot heavier than most.

i agree with everything my fellow iceracer said. also never stud any "old" tires...you are risking loosing studs and esscential air!

"Wolly bogger's"? or something close are a good tyre's as well. I am going to try some HD fronts as well this year, a bit round but I think they will do well.
