I have a question for all the people out there.
I have a Z440 and my radiator overflow gets full when I'm riding. Normally every bike will push it back into the radiator, mine doesn't..Now it never did this until I put the 440kit on...Can someone please tell me what could be wrong??:(

PLease help..I want to know before I take it to the dealer.
Thanks

This happen to me on my 250r. I had a blown head gasket. Maybe you did not put it on right. Or may you blew yours.

Mine blew out blue smoke alot more than what it normally did. If it is not your head gasket, then try your radiator cap. It may not be on all the way or it may be bad.

simple, kinda stupid question, but the reservoir is to the full line when you crank it cold correct?

When I start out my bike I have the overflow in LOW..After 3 to 4 laps in the track the overflow bottle if past the full line..almost to the top.. and I don't think the reservoir has to be full. If I keep it full I will have radiator fluid all over..

go ahead a try filling it to the full mark. i rebuilt my predator and filled it to "LOW" and experienced the same problem. the anti-freeze was overheating and boiling over for some reason, once i filled it on up to the full mark it was fine.
