Why do I have to "refresh" to see the new posts?

I'm sure I'll probably take some razzing over this, but every time I click back to "Open Forum" I have to refresh the page to see the updated posts. Same goes for if I've clicked on a post - if I click on it again later, I have to refresh it once the post opens up to see the new ones. Thanks for the help.

Open Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet Options-->General-->Settings (in the temporary internet files section)-->Put the radio button to refresh "Every visit to the page." OK the changes.
