Hey guys here is a picture of my Raptor 686. The only thing different on it now is that I got rid of the DMC Alien pipe and put a blue HMF pipe on it. It now has a

HMF pipe full system
Holeshot tires
Hot cam stage 2
686cc big bore kit
14 40 gearing
Full ported
LA adaptor intake
K&N air filter (no air box)
11:1 compression
JE piston
Armadillo bumper

isnt it a lil dangerous running no airbox and id invest in some nerfs theyve saved me a few times and how has it been reliability wise since the 686 kit

Well I havent had any engine problems or any problems with my Raptor. Except I have to buy new a-arm bushings and chain rollers,but that is just because it need to be replced. It starts up all the time never had any problems with it.

To be honest with you JR3 I really havent looked into buying propeg nerf. So is it really worth the money?

nerfs are worth every penny. And JR3 i think he means no air box lid? You dont have to get propegs, since you are interested in gncc get yourself some big pegs and bolt up standard nerfs to them from ac. Nerfs have saved my ancles many times

I actually run it with the air box completly removed. Not just the lid.

thats pretty hot. it looks fast so why isnt there any extended axles or a arms. wouldnt it help alot:confused:

here is a pic of my 05' Raptor. have no complaints except handle bars are alittle to far forward stock. getting over surgery on my left colar bone...so out of commission for a month. :grr:

2004exrider Got more top end it had some torgue to it. BUt mainely top end
