Anyone out there have any tips on how to set up my suspension I ride in Iowa and in the hare scrambles for the most part but I got to little sahara about once a year. I about 6'1" and about 185 lbs.

I think im going to send mine off next month to gt thunder, for 600 bucks its pretty nice kit. I was thinking about elkas fronts but I race c class and dont need it, as I grow I can sell them and get elkas at a later date. If you staying with all stock I would start with preload all the way out so It sags alot and adjust it from thier till you dont bottom out but maybe once arround the track on bigest obsticle. And just play with comp/rebound.

If you dont want to spend any money,, take all the preload out of the shocks, I actually had to tighten the rear up a bit cause the spring becomes totally loose, and the front
I have always loved, but I took the preload out of them to, to lower it and it still handles great, I was doing this for ice racing, but tje lake hasnt froze yet, so I have beeen trail riding with this setup, works great except for big jumps

hey 450r4me where in iowa are you from. I am also doing the iowa hare scramble series this year and i wanted to take a trip to little sahara some time this summer. whats its like down there??
