well i just got the elka link that will allow me to use thier LT rear shock set up on my z400. i have axis up front but im not so sure it would be good to get axis in the rear since it is an elka link and axis didnt make the link so they dont know it inside and out. do any one run axis with the elka link or should i just get the LT elka rear, the reviews on it are awsome. also will it sit as low asa zps shock since the upper sping is thick? thanks

I don't know if it will work with the axis shock as well as the elka shock. I would think elka would know better than axis how to valve the shock for the link. I do know that the rear will sit lower than with the stock link.

You must use an elka shock with the elka LT linkage. The linkage will put more leverage against the shock springs that is why the bigger spring is needed, and yes it will still set low and give you about an inch more travel. I got one and love it.
