400ex a-arms on 300ex?

I know somebody that is getting new a-arms for their 400ex and adding their stock a-arms to my 300ex adds 2inches right? If i decide to go a little wider and get some burgard +1s for a 400ex they will still fit and it will be liek a +3 for a 300 right? Let know some of your opinions on this and i know their are other threads but i dont have time to look for them.

nvm nobody answer to this post my parents just bought me +2 a-arms elkas and a lsr axle so nobody reply
