i keep wearing out my rear brakes pretty quick on my xc bike, they only last a few rides, would a non vented rotor help make the pads last longer?

Not enough to make it worth it. Try cleaning the caliper up real good, mine got crap in it and I think it made the piston hang up causing the pads to drag....just a thought.

ebc's wear REAL fast thats your problem

I have hondas all around and have 3 seasons on them.

if you put the rear honda brake pad on and still have problems then you possibly have a sticking brake piston

DP's are probably the best pad out there. Try a set of them. EBC's and Braking pads suck IMO.

Take the P-brake off. This GREATLY increases the pad lifespan.
