camera with bad pixels or something?

ok i have a 299 dollar camera and i taped something stupid to see if it worked and it did but like it was blurry. does this have to do with my camera or can i make it better or what does anyone know? plz help asap:ermm:

video camera ? Could of just been outa focus, most cameras have autofocus, and i know i taped an airshow and the autofocus screwed a lot of it up, was really blurry and what not. You can take it off, but you can screw up your video that way too, cause when you zoom it doesnt auto focus
