Help...Anyone?

Hello,

I hope that I am allowed to post this in this section, because this post doesn't concern a transaction with a member of ATVriders/EXriders, but it concerns another person on a website that I have dealed with, and I need some advice.

About 1 1/2 a sent a payment to a person in Mogadore, Ohio. I haven't heard anything from this person in about 33 days. Never replies to e-mails, private messages. He is pretty much completely avoiding me, I think.

Is there anything that I could possibly do to recieve the parts that I sent the payment for, or what could I do, if anything? This is the first problem that I have ever had dealing with an individual, so I'm not fully aware of what I can do?

not positive but i think if u have his address u can call his local police or small claims court or sumtin not too sure

File a complaint on the link. They will be on his case. It worked for me. Also Call the mogadore pd or the summit county sherrifs department and see what they can do for you.

Yeah, file a mail fraud claim on him and contact the Mogadore PD... Youll get your money back but it might take a while...

you have any other info like web site ect, i live 5 minutes from mogadore
