doesnt like to start

my 400ex, as soon as i put the hmf on and stuck a 175 main in there, it started but then like the next day i wouldnt want to start, whats this problem??

you didnt mess with anything else in the carb besides the main?

correct. all i did was replace the main, could it be my battery not pumpin out enough, cuz i do got the 11:1 comp. piston?

does it sound like it's not cranking over as fast as normal? check spark

a little slower then normal, but ive stick it on the charger now and check spark after work

When my bike won't start the plug is always fouled for some reason. As soon as i put a clean plug in it fires right up. I even went back to the factory needle setting and pj. Still fouls the plug sometimes. Put a battery tender on it and going to see if my battery just gets a little low.
