I use my front brakes alot when I ride, and the last time I was out they pumped themselves up to the point that they locked up tight on me. I bled them out and after i used them a few more times both front wheels locked on me again. It would build up so much preasure I couldnt move the brake lever. Anyone have any idea?

Do you have a stock brake lever??

Also warped rotors can cause th brakes to heat up and act funny.

I have a RTC lever. One other thing. I was in the garage the other day and had my forced air propane heater on. It was pointer toward the front tires but not that close. When I went to move my quad the front brakes were locked up solid again. Was wondering if maybe I just need to change the brake fluid.

You said you use your front brakes alot? You probably have a bad master cylinder. You can either rebuild it or get a new one. My friend had that problem before that was his problem. You can try to change the brake fluid, it might work.
