jetting?

I have a 200 400ex with a white brothers R series slip on, white brothers rev box, removed choke, and no airbox lid, what main jet and needle setting do i need to run if i am running at about 200 ft elevation?

i would start with a keihin 158 mainjet and needle clip moved down to the 4th position. i would also run a 42 pilot jet or so.
