are you looking for XC riders or MX riders? i plan on hitting a little of all, TT,MX and XC this summer. my girlfriend just graduated from UofA with a degre in nutrition so i will have her look over your site to see if it will help me out some, she is about to meet me for lunch. i think its great to see more companies give atv riders a hand.

Cardio stack is great stuff...not even for racing. The people involved with CS are great too. Try it out...and see the benefits for yourself.

Can take it daily...it improves you stamina during a workout or race. It is delayed about 30-40 min after you take the pill...I take them when I start to work out and then half way through I am still feeling good and can continue my workout to full potential. I don't know of any side affects...check out cardiostack.com or cardiostackracing.com you can get more information on either site.

This is a question for anyone that has already used Cardio Stack. I was looking at the site and it seems to me the goal behind cardio stack is fat loss. I'd like to take sum type of energy supplement but i can't afford to lose any weight! Is weight loss a side effect to this i guess is what i'm asking, if i lose any more weight i'll blow away:huh

Good question.
Cardio Stack first became popular amongst the workout world as it will cut body fat & increase energy.
It is important to understand that your body approaches energy & fat loss through the same mechanism of action.
So any real energy boosting product will have fat loss effects to it as well.
Having said that, let's be real. Body weight all comes down to caloric intake & the types of calories you consume.
If you keep your calorie intake where it needs to be, you will not lose weight and will just reap the energy & cardiovascular benefits from Cardio Stack.

I just purchased some of this Cardio Stack, so I am curious to see how it works for arm-pump. I have taken Stacker 2 and Stacker 3 before races (with and without Ephedra) and it seems to greatly INCREASE my arm pump, due to it's effects in constricting blood vessels........I'm hoping this won't have that same effect??

it takes about 45 minutes for the cardio stack too start working, and it's peak time is 45 minutes too 2 1/2 hours but it does last up too 6 hours. use this info too get the results you are looking for. mx racers may want too take an hour before each race and xc can wait until closer too the race. if you want too check how good cardio stack works wait too take it right before you go out and practice, see if you can get arm pump then wait and see what happens in about 45 minutes. also pay attention too how much energy you have and how you feel after you ride. i like too get everyones feedback thanks

Well I know they were only accepting resumes up until Jan 10th , but I still had somewhat of a question / comment to make/ask . I know the main target was towards the racers and that this stuff will help them the most ... but does it have any benefit for the person that goes out a few times a week and does moderate riding ?? I'm not a racer , but when I go out to ride , I make sure to break a sweat . I always get severe arm pump ... so would a supplement like this help an average rider??

I know this might be a stupid question , but why is it that sponsorships are always directed at Racers only?? When you're out at a local riding area , maybe 10% of those out there are racers ... the other 90% are guys that are weekend riders ... and it's usually those 90% of riders that talk to eachother about products that help improve their riding experience .

I guess my question is ... does Cardio Stack "sponsor" the non racers ?? I'm sure there are others out there that are wanting to know this also . Thanks .
