qwiksilver II

has anyone ever heard of using a qwiksilverII carburetor on a quad i know they dont have accelerator pumps on them i was just wondering how much of a problem that is or if anyone has had success using them

my buddy had one and could never get it to work right. he had the version for a 400 and it wouldn't run right so he traded it for the 440 version. it worked a little better but still not quite right.
