help me out with cam?

i have a 04 450r i got some things over winter to put on full yoshi exhaust/ kn with outerwear/ehs racing modded airbox lid. now im wondering bout the cam ? should i just do the full exhaust n jetting ? or cam it also . im not a mx racer just a guy who likes to ride . id also like to loose the reliability of the quad. if cam is needed should i go with a stage 1 or stage 2? , or will the stuff ive gotton do fine alone w/o cam? whats the diff a cam makes in power? big diff er not? please help asap

I'd just install the parts you have and see if you are happy with the performance. If you will you need more power go with a cam then. If you are going with hot cams, stage 1 is all low end power and the stage 2 is more mid to top. I would go with the stage 2 if I were you, I think its makes more power through out the entire powerban.
