ims foot pegs from 400ex?

i have seen some people selling ims foot pegs from 400ex's on e-bay and they are stating that they will fit 450r,has anyone done this,i don't want to buy something that won't work the rocky mountain atv catalog shows two different part #'s any help would be appreciated. thanks,ted

Usually, if they are different part numbers, they wont work. But with a little of your own R&D, you probably could get them to work.

yes they work, i took my ims pegs form my 400 and put them on my 450r and they bolted up perfect.

correct the pegs are the same part# :) I must say the ims pegs are awesome comfortable too.:D

yeah,you'll love them i just got a pair....hard to believe i rode so long on those skinny stock ones with no grip:cool:

They fit just fine. I know people running stock 450 pegs on 400's because the stock 450 peg is wider.
