Does anybody know the age to get a motorcycle license in AL. I think it is at age 14 and 15, 125cc cycle or less. And at 16, you can have as big a bike as you want.

i had my motorcycles licenes in alabama ta 14, and still have it. i dont remember the size but i had a honda NX 125. i think its also scarry that a 16yr old can jump on something as quick and powerfull as a sportbike.

The motorcycle does not kill you regardless how many ponies it has under the seat its the dumdash sitiing on the seat if the parents teach there kid to respect the machine then they will be fine................

true, at 14 i was racing a built 250r, and played on my friends cbr600 when we would go riding. but nowdays how many parrents teach their kids? not many, they cant even teach them how to drive a car because most parrents dont even know how to do that.

my dad has taught me alot, and let me ride his harley, i also rode my brothers cbr600rr, so i guess it all depends on how the kid was brought up, but a untrained or anything 16 year old with a big bore bike, oo god.. :eek:

Everyonce in a while when my dad has his harley out, he will ask me if i want to ride it...i always say no..to much responsibility for me, i would hate to drop that much money:eek2:

Can 2 stroke dirtbikes be made street legal, or do emission rules make it not possible?

lol, my dad would break me in 2 if i dropped his, soo much money, if i dropped it id be faster then rickey charmicael on my 80 running away :blah:

im pretty sure its like 50cc and lower or something, i might be wrong but im almost positive you cant, back in the 1980s yamhaha had a 2 stroke street bike with the banshee motor in it, but i havent herd of anything since then

in alabama you cant ride a motorcycle until youve wrestled at least a dozen gators.lol
