How much do you have to bore the motor over and where can you pick up a piston for it?

A 416 is 0.80 thousands over. And you can get a piston from any place that sells 87mm pistons for the 400ex.

I have the 416 kit, xr400 cam, white bros pipe, K&N air filter and jet kit and it is alot faster than stock.

the top speed all depends on EVERYTHING....tires gearing surface wind fenders/no fenders.. ya know what i mean
