powder coat color?

So I was talking to my wifes uncle on x-mas eve about powder coating (he works for a powder coating shop) and he told me anytime I want something powder coated to just bring it in and he will coat it for free. I just can't think what color paint to use. I'm in the process of buying a house so I can't get new plastic or anything like that. I have red plastic and was thinking of doing a candy red frame, sub-frame and lower arms. But I just don't know. What do you guys think and what would you do in the same situation?

I would think about what color plastic you will want whenever you get the cash for new.I myself like the translucent blue,or bluevein.I have a yellow Z and pappy is is PC'n my frame trans blue.Blue will go good with many colors.If I ever decide to swap fenders,I have a variety of fender color options.Just a thought.

white frame and subframe, red swingarm, lower a-arms red, uppers white

I would say candy blue frame, swingaram and lower a arms, and get the uppers chromed. if you have the money.

I was thinking something like that too. But with the swing arm polished. And then save up for some white fullbore plastics or maybe a clear lakers custom. Thanks for all the replys!

yellow frame and sub frame would look cool with red pplastics and when you decide (if ever)to change plastics yellow would look kool with just about any other color

gloss black is always a safe option also...and looks very good with just about anything u can think of :)

my favorite is what i had on my 400 it had red plastic too. i was a blue a little bit lighter than the yz blue and it looked pimp.
