How do you guys oil your unifilters? Do you saturate the outside of it (red part)? The directions arent that great, thanks.

I spray the inside and out pretty uniformly (cover everythign). squeeze it together so the oil gets in it more. Then I let it sit for a little while to drain the excess.

I stick mine in a bucket or can of some sort get oil all over it then i stick it in a plastic bag and squeez the oil around until it's good and evenly distributed and then i squeez out the excess and stick it in the bag again bake sure the oil is evenly covering the filter the I put on my outerwares stick the filter on the cage and then put on the bike this may not be the right way to do it but I haven't sucked in dirt in yet so I'll stick with it as long as the filter is good and covered with oil just about any method will do O.K.

well i just jetted her with a 175 main and made my air box lid. should i back out on my air screw? right now my quad is rippin, definitly a difference with the filter and holes in my airbox. I'm gonna post pics of my lid when i get batteries in my camera. its pretty coll.

when I had stock pipe with spark arrestor out no lid and the uni i ran a 165 main with the needle in the richest position and i messed with the air screw some but I forget how far i went that should be a good starting spot no too bikes jetting will ever be identical good luck

man, i never realized a filter, some holes in my airbox, and a 180 main could wake my bike up. :eek2: This thing is rippin fast now.

put on HRC and full system and you'll mess yourself!
