holeshot66, I almost hit the boot button on you for that, but I went and looked at your other posts. They are nothing like the post I just edited above.
I'm only guessing, someone either posted in your name or you have a split personality. Regardless, going off like that is not allowed on this website. SGA

I really doubt you're gonna get your 200, to a 350, i would do, filter, exhaust, since those are the most common mods

A bit of advice from the two stroke world, that I have learned...

There is "no way" for you to acomplish this out of a stock cylinder, and I'm not aware of anyone that makes a cylinder kit for the blaster that get anywhere near the 350cc mark. If the cylinder was made this big, it would be nothing but a torque monster, and have absolutley no revving capability. The rod/piston ratio would be way out of wack. You would need one of the two following options:

88.5mm Piston with a 57mm Stroke (350.6326016 cc's)
....or....
86.25mm Piston with a 60mm Stroke (350.5583813 cc's)

*For more calculations use my cubic centimeter calculator (link below)...

Click here to download my calculator!! (http://www.nemr.net/~bray/files/calculator.xls)

Keep in mind the stock specs on a blaster are 66mm x 57mm

240cc is the best. anything bigger than that, get an 250R. It's not logical to make a bigger bore than that. The tranny and clutch setup could hang on to those pony's. Trinity makes the best 240 kit and pipe. Get a bigger carb and some V-FORCE REEDS, shave the head, and port the heck out of it and you've got a bad motha - blaster. Put a Honda sticker on it and you might get a few more RPM'S too. J/K Blasters are fun. Hope you have fun with it
