What is the best type of bars for XC racing. i am about 6 foot tall what would be a good bend for my style of riding. And also what are good grips for XC racing

CR-HI is the most popular bend and fat bars are the best style, either Tag or Pro Taper. Spider Grips are the best I've ever used.
