Okay, what I mean is not the seat pan and not the cover. But the actual foam portion of the seat. Where do you get the foam? I know I can shape it to fit exactley how I want it, but where do I get the foam?

You should be able to get the right foam from an upholstery shop. Also an electric carving knife works well to trim the foam.

I would try to find a stock foam, then add or take away from it, this way the bottom part will fit perfectly onto the pan and you will have the easiest time rather than trying to recreate it.

But you have to buy a whole new seat if you want the foam. unless you get the stuff from quad tech
