Alright i bought my 400 with a wb rev box and all the motor work already done to it and it has given me no problems starting at all in the spring, summer, and fall months as long as the battery wasnt dead, but recently its been near impossible to start even with the battery at full charge, and i have heard that the wb rev box adds to this problem, all i know about my motor is its a 416. So my question is will switching back to the stock box for the winter cause any problems?

Definately starts better-just wont have high revs.

Thats why I am desparatly waiting for a multi curve box for the EX.

All you need to do now is start the EX with the stock CDI. Once its warm, turn it off, swap out the box, and put the WB back in.

It will start right up after its warm.

Or you could always get rid of the WB box, get a TC or GT Thunder box and keep it on all year long with no starting problems!!
