I recently purchased a pair of Dunehoppers mounted on Douglas .190's. The tires are in new condition, but the rims are for a Polaris. We drilled out the rims to fit my 300ex. Is this safe? I haven't paid yet, and he said if I just wanted the paddles, he would take $50, but if I wanted the rims also, it would be $100. Oh yeah, the rims are eights. Any advice? I know the set would cost around $150 plus shipping if I oredered new ones.

You just have to make sure the holes are centered in the wheel or it will wobble.
