?'s about 250r rear end

I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried to put a 400ex rear end on a R cause i and building a lrd framed R and i've got a 250R roll design swingarm an i tried to put a 400 ex carrier axle and all the other stuff in it,It bolted right up but the offset on the rear sproket is about a quater of an inch off, Any help would be good thanks.:confused:

I have a g force 400ex axle in my R. All you need to have is the matching hubs for your axle.

isn't the hubs a different spline pattern,will the R hub fit on a 400 axle

if you are going to use a 400ex axle your going to need 400ex hubs.

Same goes for a 250r axle

The splines are different as are the axle nuts

You need a different sproket hub spacer for the two axles. If you have a 250r axle in a 400ex, you need a 400ex spacer. The same goes for a 400ex axle on a 250r.
