I bought a pro design kill switch for my boys Polaris 90. The directions that came with it are not the best, What is the best way to wire this up and what do you do with the wires off the old switch????.

One wire goes to the positive on the coil the other to the ground bolted to the frame.
I would disconnect the Old kill switch, run those two wires together and make sure it still starts. Then install the Pro-Design as above, crank it up, and pull the tether to make sure it kills it.

wayne, if the tether is an open circuit tether, you can hook it up the way ACME ROCKET CO. described. you can check the tether with a volt meter. set the meter to read ohms, put one wire on the red lead, black on the other. meter should read zero ohms when the cord is pulled off the switch.chris.
