we got these ski tracks for our quad, they are very fun, and only take a couple hp's away from the quad with wheels on it,

here are some pictures.

We don't get enough snow around me anymore to make it worth it, otherwise I would be interested. Definately cheaper than a new sled.

dude thats frickin awesome. i bet the best quad to have those on would be a kfx700, or a raptor with a 770kit:devil:

That looks sweet, but how do you stop ? Just jam on the back brakes ? Does seem like it would stop to good to me. Does look like a lot of fun though! Got any action pics ?

With, just the rear brakes sopping shouldn't be that bad, its probably similiat so a snowmobile.

Gibson, how are the skis kept from flipping around??? is the hub locked somehow?

yes you are right there is 2 steel poles, 1 on each side that connects to the footpeg area.

yes there is a screw like thing that goes through the bottom of the ski as you can see which makes it from not spinning around.

well think a raptor does 75 give or take, well it goes about 68-70 give or take with the tracks on it.

Yea, I posted a link for someone on a different thread asking about tracks for a raptor. But I guess people decided to bump up the thread instead of using pm's
