I'll be looking to buy another fcr carb sometime after christmas.

I would prefer a 41mm. But I will take a 39mm for the right price.

you could come get it if you wanted I dont do paypal and if you give me a email address I can send some pics. not sure on the cover I was told it help throttle responce!!!!!!!!

The plate helps with the bottom end stumble and is supposed to help with it starting too. I was wanting one for my 39 but never got around to getting one.
