After kicking the snot out of my R with no luck I sat on the seat catching my breath watching the snow fall and my eyes setteled on my torpedo blower in the corner of my barn. I put it about 15 feet away for 5 minutes on each side and the R came to life on the first kick.

Try pumping the throttle couple times before you start it. Works like a charm for me in cold weather:D But use the choke to;)

I thought pumping the throttle was no-no.
Not to be outdone, I backed my R outside, blipped the thumb a couple of times, kicked her once and she started and sounded better than it has lately.
Thanks for the tip. Madini

DONT NOT PUMP THE THROTTLE WHILE KICKING,
just give it a few pumps and then give her a few kicks

yes, that really fcks with the carb, pump THEN kick, not pump while kicking, it will mess your bike up! mine starts 1st or 2nd kick everytime with the choke.... just load it once or twice:chinese:
