use a ez out. drill out a small hole. put the ez out in and it should turn right out.

Oh sorry.. I thought they were bolted on, and the allen part just holded the plastic to the metal frame...

An ez out is a little drill bit that drills into your bolt and rips it out... kinda..

Or you could just drill the head off of it..

an ez out is a reverse threaded tap basically. or they have ones with straight edges on them . you drill a small hole and pound the ez out in the hole. then you can turn the damaged bolt out. go to your local hardware store and ask them if they have ez outs.

If you cant get the bolt out, just cut the hose clamp. You might get lucky and get vise-grips on the head and get it. If you dont have reverse bits or anything of that nature, you could grind the bolt head off also.
