hey i do alot of jumping and trail riding. should i go with the 400ex or the z400. thanks

depends on how much money you want to spend. if you want the ltittle bit more of power and speed and liquid cooling go with the Z. if not go with the EX.

i would go with the ex. trails require more bottom end, which in my opinion the ex has. also you dont want your day ruined when some twig finds its way into your radiator/waterpump/hoses and an ex has to pull you back :ermm:
