Needle jet removal???help

I am re-jetting my 400EX and I need help with the needle jet. I cant figure out how to get the lift arm removed. Any help would be great.

ya know, me and my buddy rejetted mine on saturday night and i cant remember how we did it...too many brewskies....lol
