Junk kids quad f/s-NJ

My buddy has a 90cc kasea or some other off brand has problems but runs, needs battery, kick starter only works sometimes, brakes need work, oil tank is off so u gotta mix, needs throttle cable. basically a pos, but runs most of the time, plastic is ok shape. he wants $400, but i would think he would take offers, I would.
figured maybe someone may want to play with it.
