electrical help please!!!!

okay heres the deal i have done a 250x 350x conversion but it will not fire!! i have the 350x cdi box and harness 2 250x wiring harness's . i put the 350x harness on made sure all connection's are tight kick it over and i've got no spark. but it's hooked up to the 250x coil could that be the problem? also is there some way to modify the 250x harness to work with the 350x motor? the whole conversion is done and i'm dieing to ride this beast but it won't start!! need help bad i'm good with a motor,but i suck with electrical. any help is greatly appreciated

I believe their kit actually uses the 250X harness. It doesn't sound like you need the entire $500 kit, just some connectors and instructions. I bet they sell you what you need for less than $50.

Thanks i'll give them a call. but say it's not the harness it's probably a mag or a stator something stupid like that!

Well, if something in your setup is defective, you obviously need to replace it.

I'd get yourself a 350X manual. It will go through a detailed procedure for checking the ignition system. With a manual and a multi-meter, you should be able to determine the problem.
