Digital Camera Question

Does anyone else have a Sony DSC-W1 cybershot? I'm trying to find the best settings for shooting some racing/trail/jumping shots with out blurring. Any help would be great. Thanks

I don't have that exact camera, but what you should do is shorten the exposure time.
