Elka shocks

I have a complete set of Elka XC long-travel shocks for a 450R. The fronts are the 19.5' long shocks set up the for the +.5' Houser a-arms, elite series fully adjustable compression and rebound. The rear is the 17' long travel shock set up for the houser linkage and swingarm. The shocks are setup for 180lbs. The fronts have a few hours on them, but the rear hasn't been rode on yet. Must sell due to sponsorship. Any reasonable offer will be considered.

Are they the quadrate fronts?
What length a-arms are they for again?
Is the rear brand new?

Sorry, I forgot to put that they're quad rate, they are also for the +.5 inch Houser a-arms. The rear has been rode on one time.
