Ok folks, I finally got the money to splurge on a friggin' pipe!

I'm thinking the White Bros E-Series slip on but would like to hear all of the opinions! Seems like everyone has one! I like to be different but not at the mercy of a performance compromise.

Is this pipe pretty much the best? Anyone have their $.02? I found it for $219.00 on the web !!!

Obviously I will have to re-jet. I already have the K&N filter. But do they sell the "Re-Jet Kit" by itself or does it only come with the "Power-Up Kit" that includes the filter I already have??

What to do....What to do..........

Thanks,

:devil

I know you can buy a DynoJet kit with just the jets, & I believe that K&N sells just the kits as well. They cost right around $50.

As far as pipes go, you probably won't go wrong with any one that you choose. I've heard that the WB pipe is the best all around. I can tell you that from experience, I do like my Big Gun exhaust.

Dont get a DG, they are actually worse than the stock muffler.

What about the alien with the dual outlets? It looks cool but it's pretty pricey. Has anyone bought an E-Series for less than $219.00.

Thanks,

Unless you enjoy the extra noise, save your money. There is little HP to be gained...

I think you should get the ct. Its more than 219 bucks(not sure how much) but it does put out the most hp

If the WB was bad, not 80% of the people on this site would have one. The other pipes metioned are good too.

A buddy of mine has an E-Series Slip on on his 400EX. It sounds awesome, and runs exceptionally strong. Big gains in the low to mid range, and respectable top. I would definately be happy with the E-Series. WHen you get it, it will have the discs at the end with an eliptical end cap. There is a piece at the end of the discs that actually closes the silencer off, to make the air escape through the discs. We removed this, and just ran the discs with the eliptical end cap. It sounds alot better that way and the low to mid was boosted more. It is loud though. BUt worth it. Youll love your pipe either way dude.
