on the side of the tire it says max tire pressure for riding is 5 psi and people run 8-12 in them which i want to run 8 in the rear and 9 in the front would this hurt anything etc i don know why it owuld jus say run max 5 psi on the side

you have any beadlocks yet? when you get beadlocks yo can run whatever tire pressure you have. people may run high so they dotn bend their rims.did you get klaws or are you planning on getting them?

see ya next season

I agree with JRD. I run 10 psi in the rear, but I have douglas .190 rims. If you have beadlocks, I'd say you could run lower. I did read an article about Doug Gust about a year ago and he saed he ran 12-14 in the front and 8-12 in the rear depending on conditions. If I do get beadlocks, I think I'll still run at least 8 psi in the rears. I will always run around 12 in the fronts. It just rides better that way IMO.

That is just a disclaimer to cover there butts. I mount dozens of tires a week here and if I only put the recommended 5 to 10 lbs in them to seat the bead I would never get them on some tires you have to inflate to 40psi :eek2: . Don't try this without a saftey cage tires can and will birst at they pressures. As far as running the klaws with 10 psi in them that is just fine:)
