go here. the site is prett much self explainitory. jsut browse for ur pic and host it. copy the top left URL and past it in a post and shabam u get urself a pic.

if u scroll through the threads there are several threads askin how to post pics and several threads explaining how to post pics
it has sorda become a frequent question ,and i have been on here to long,
the threads on here explaining it are very well done step by step just do a search or go back through till u see it
