I am in need of a custom flip top subby for my Laeger 250R frame. I had a Laeger flip top sub, and I snapped it; and this winter I am putting a YZ426 engine in it, so I will need a custom one made, because I do not believe Laeger's makes them anymore.. if anyone can PM me w/ some prices/names/phone numbers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know what bike you are talking about, and I think its pretty killer actually. Its that dude (I forget his name) that does the mechanic work for Adam Mayle. Rich's old bike isnt just a converted R frame, its one of the ones Laeger actually made specifically for the 426 motor. Its got a Laeger Frame, built yz426 motor, Pro-Trax front end... Seems like a killer package to me... That is unless you know something about it that I dont, like its been beat on really bad or something... Take care matt, I took off my MX tires and slapped on the Razr 2's and re geared my bike for the winter. Ill get ahold of you once my new chassis skid comes in so we can do some snow riding!!!

yeah i forgot to say its the laeger frame for the 426...its just beat...old and tired, needs rebuilt....not that plastics make a bikes power, but theyre spanked, too...im sure it was a good bike in its time..but its damn near 5 years old.....

lol razr2s are my mx tires, trail tires, and snow tires....though anyone can tell me a 6 ply tire isnt for mx...but they work fine for me :) your gonna have to come out to my friends land in waynesburg dude..i went out there yesterday hes got 4 diff tracks and all kind of trails and hillclimbs...the track is badass

I e-mailed JRD, and they said it would be too costly. Hmm.. anyone know Randy Lovins' #?? I know his frames are like Laeger copies...

I don't need a chassis, I have a full Laeger bike. It wouldn't be worth the hassle trying to sell everything to buy a new frame, I already tried it lol.
