I raced my friends tringa blaster with basically everything done to it around 40hp and killed it with my 450r sparks exhaust, hrc kit, and a few other small things.

If the 450R is bone stock and the 240 Blaster is fully worked to @ 40hp and the riders are equal, on anything other than a steep hill the Blaster will win [until the top speed comes into play].

Trust me, I have had both in the last year.
