i hate internet explorer so i reecently downloaded mozilla. i would really recommend this to people because it loads so much faster. even with dial up you can really see a difference.

Yes i originally used IE, and it does run faster because it uses less resources :D

I downloaded Firefox about a month ago and used it for a few days. Very clean looking browser and worked pretty nicely but in my experience it was a little slower than IE. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to dump IE but it's got to be at least a lateral move.

I use IE. I keep it patched and I haven't had a prob with it. I try the other browsers, they just don't work with all web pages. Plus the new IE has built in popup blockers and seems way safer to use. This is with WinXP SP2

i found that firefox is the best browser. its faster, no pop ups, and blocks programs from downloading onto your computer.

yeah i run ad-aware evertime i get off the internet. i have noticed since i have been using firfox that there is less spyware (about 2 -5 items compared to 12 - 25 items) i have always found that IE runs the slowest. i kinda find it weird that nobody uses netscape. i always thought it was better than IE.

oh you whoever said that mozilla uses less resources is right. i checked my meter and when i use IE it is at 54% - 57% and when i use mozilla it is at 61% - 63%
