I have stock gearing on my 300 as of now. I am going to be putting in a 330 kit and I want to know what kind of gearing to run. I think stock is 13/38 should I go to like a 14/36? Also what size jets should I run? I have heard a 145 main and a stock pilot, but i dunno??

depends on what kind of riding you do

I do a lot of different types of riding. I go down a fair amount of old railroad beds, fields, roads to get to my riding spots. I mainly climb hills and ride fairly open trails that you can go fast on.

My biggest concern is the jetting.

14/36 would be good, you could even go a little taller than that if you have one of the more powerful motors

i run 14/36 on my 330 with 18in rear tires, if your doing alot of high speed trails and stuf then 14/36 would you have haulin some serious ***, but being slow on acceleration

i have a 293 (about... lol) and i run 14/33 with 18 inch tires... i had 20 inchers on there and the top speed was fantastic to say the least... still wheelied in 3rd too. but now i have 18 inch turf tamers and it rips like no other... 14/33 is a great setup for someone who likes speed... its not like it doesnt have acceleration, the accel on the thing is crazy, but you gotta love going fast as well... i for one cant stand topping out a quad with a low top speed... its just boring and dissapointing... gotta go fast :D

So it has power even with that high of gearing? I Think I am going to run 14/36 with the 22's that I have. My question is, will I still have a lot more torque than stock and enough to climb really insane hills?
