I'm getting ready to part out a 99 300ex this weekend the frame is perfectly straight, no cracks, but it has had a bracket welded on for 400ex shocks, I put this on myself-I am a welder. If you're interested, I can leave it on or I can take it off. It does not interefere with the stock shock mounts. let me know
